The recipe has been in our family for over 30 years and we’re happy to share it with you. Our gluten-free vanilla wafer cake is just as versatile as the original vanilla wafer cake. In creating a gluten-free version of our vanilla wafer cake, we’ve worked tirelessly to not sacrifice the wonderful taste that people have loved for years. Why choose another dessert company when you can get your dessert from Christopher’s Bakery?! After all, we make dessert, so you don’t have to! A portion of the proceeds from each vanilla wafer cake sold will go to benefit epilepsy and neuroscience research through the Miami Children’s Health Foundation (MCHF). The MCHF is the charitable arm of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital – the hospital Christopher spent so much of his life in as a child. Their doctors and facility were always wonderful to Christopher and took great care of him and our family.
