Just in time for the holidays, it’s our perfect 9″ Sweet Potato Pie. We make our shortbread crust in house and pour our delicious sweet potato filling that is sure to be a hit at your Thanksgiving or Christmas table. It’s the only dessert we serve at our own holiday dinners and it would be a shame if you missed out on sharing this with your most loved ones. A portion of the proceeds from each product sold will go to benefit epilepsy and neuroscience research through the Miami Children’s Health Foundation (MCHF). The MCHF is the charitable arm of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital – the hospital Christopher spent so much of his life in as a child. Their doctors and facility were always wonderful to Christopher and took great care of him and our family. he pie had great flavor, the only problem was it didn’t have enough pie filling. The crust was half the size of the amount of pie filling. Please add more pie filling and lessen the thick crust.
