After all, we make dessert, so you don’t have to!   A portion of the proceeds from each vanilla wafer cake sold will go to benefit epilepsy and neuroscience research through the Miami Children’s Health Foundation (MCHF). The MCHF is the charitable arm of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital – the hospital Christopher spent so much of his life in as a child. Their doctors and facility were always wonderful to Christopher and took great care of him and our family.
